contemplate and reexamine

We're back from the long weekend! Brightworks jumped right back into the arc after our space got a reset from our incredibly dedicated parent group... including a gorgeous, painted library full of warm, cozy books!The Flying Fish returned to many of the concepts and ideas that they've been exploring for the last weeks. During writing they went through their work to try to find themes within their work that they have done so that they can take those ideas and use them for larger pieces of writing.They have also been reexamining the wind tunnel and reviewing the concepts of flight that they have been exploring.The Ninja Cats worked on their project declarations all day! In the morning they wrote about their fears and excitement about their projects and did research.Everyone is almost done with their declarations and can't wait to begin working on their projects.Everyone cheered when Kaia was first to receive Gever's approval for her project.The Undead Goats split into project work after community meeting in the morning.Ben, Isaac, and Evan tried to figure out a new configuration for their front axle.Connor was able to figure out the right weight needed to help his glider stay level as it flew through the building, and took it for several test flights off the mezzanine.The boys also learned how to use the drill press without adult supervision.We're so excited to slowly transition into expression as the kids become more and more focused on their motion-based interests!
